Last month, I was onboarded by a skincare brand to promote its high-end skincare laser treatment devices in Meta ads. They aim to achieve an 8X ROAS under my 30-day Performance challenge. This is a leading brand selling high-end skin care laser treatment devices, aimed to boost their online sales through Meta ads significantly. Their premium product offers a non-ablative, multi-functional solution that addresses various skin concerns such as wrinkles, pigmentation, and scarring advanced skincare technology designed for affluent customers seeking top-tier beauty treatment at home.
Goals and Objectives
- Objective: Achieve an 8X ROAS within 30 days.
- Target Audience: Affluent individuals interested in skincare and beauty treatments.
- Key Metrics: ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Cost per Conversion.
Strategy and Planning
- I targeted previous website visitors, email subscribers, and past purchasers of their website.
- I created lookalike audiences-based campaigns with their high-value customer lists.
- I also focused on interest-targeting to target men and women with a higher income bracket who are interested in luxury skincare, beauty treatments, and health-conscious living.
- I developed high-quality image ads and leveraged dermatologists and influencers in UGC video ads to provide the device’s benefits, personal experience, and real-life results by adding a layer of trust and authenticity in video ads.
- I crafted compelling ad copies highlighting unique selling points, such as advanced technology and proven effectiveness, with strong CTAs.
- I implemented CRO strategies on the product landing page to make it a high-end user-friendly landing page optimized for conversions. The page includes video testimonials of customers, Prominent Benefits of products, Clear CTA, product installment plans, offers, etc.
- I chose Conversions as the primary campaign objective and created multiple ad sets targeting different audience segments by leveraging Advantage+ Shopping campaigns.
Week 1:
- Launched multiple ad sets targeting, interest-based, custom, and lookalike audiences.
- Allocated approximately $80-$100 per day across all ad sets.
- Monitored performance daily and made adjustments according to the metrics, pausing underperforming ad sets and reallocating budget to top performers.
Week 2:
- Optimized ad sets based on performance data.
- Conducted A/B testing on ad creatives and copy to identify the best-performing variations.
- Introduced retargeting ads for website visitors and cart abandoners.
Week 3:
- Scaled winning campaigns by gradually increasing the budget for High-performing ad sets.
- Expanded lookalike audiences and introduced dynamic product ads.

Week 4:

- I use limited-time offers and urgency-driven messages on ads.

- I continuously daily checked performance and made real-time adjustments to ensure maximum ROAS.
